The task list for each session is confirmed before we begin, so there is no uncertainty about what will be covered or what falls outside the visit.

The same team returns for each visit. Familiarity with your home means the work is faster to organise and easier to tailor over time.
Written record after each visit
A short summary is provided after every session, noting what was completed and flagging anything that may need attention on the next visit.
Transparent pricing
Each service has a stated price. There are no supplementary charges added after the visit for work within the agreed scope.
Return visit when needed
For our pre-handover service, a return visit within seven days is included if an inspection raises a point within the scope of the original clean.
Partner services where relevant
Our seasonal service includes coordination of curtain laundering through a partner — handled as part of the session so you do not need to arrange it separately.

Before the first visit we confirm which rooms and tasks are included, the approximate time required, and any particular requests.

The visit takes place
Staff arrive on the agreed date, carry out a brief walk-through with you, and proceed through the confirmed task list.

You receive a summary
A written note of what was completed is sent the same day or the following morning, along with any observations for future visits.
